Yves' Inspiration When the author was the age of Alexander, he also went through the same conflicts in his life. The author remembered how difficult it was growing up in a country that was not ready for a man like him. This concern motivated him to write this beautiful novel inspired by the search for love, no matter ones sexual preference. He dedicates the book to all the people who still believe in love and who want to make a difference in the world by giving a hand and reaching into the hearts of people; understanding that our society is suffering from wars caused by the lack of tolerance - tolerance that does not exist towards different people who, in the end, are just like us, human beings.
